w999 Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for Pakistan

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and w999 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the w999 website and its associated services, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using w999 immediately and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes fresh acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference. Where these documents conflict, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise specified.

w999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that we believe, in our reasonable judgment, is being operated in breach of these Terms, is associated with fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

All deposits and withdrawals on w999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not hold balances or process transactions in any foreign currency. Any conversion costs or discrepancies arising from your bank or mobile wallet provider's own handling are outside w999's control and responsibility.

w999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer at the time it is made. The general conditions below apply to all w999 bonuses unless a specific offer states otherwise.

• Welcome Bonus: The 100% first deposit match bonus up to Rs 50,000 is available to new w999 players only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device, and per payment method. The qualifying minimum deposit is Rs 200.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless a specific promotion explicitly states "zero wagering", all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable balance. Standard wagering requirements are displayed at the time the bonus is issued.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Crash games and casino titles typically contribute 100%. Cricket and sports betting contributions may vary and are specified in individual offer terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All w999 bonuses carry an expiry date from the time of issue. Any unused or un-wagered bonus funds remaining at expiry will be removed from your account without compensation.

All bets placed on w999 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market in question. These rules are displayed within the game interface and within the betting section of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm you have read and accept the applicable rules for that game or market.

For casino games on w999, the outcome of each round is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). For eligible games, the Provably Fair system allows independent verification. Once a bet is confirmed within the game, it cannot be cancelled or altered.

For cricket and sports betting, bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. w999 reserves the right to limit bet sizes on any market, to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, and to suspend markets without notice where circumstances beyond our control make fair pricing impossible (such as a match abandonment mid-play).

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account on w999, whether under the same or a different identity
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with w999 games or betting markets
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information in real-time during live games
• Money laundering or using w999 to process funds derived from illegal activity
• Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with w999 betting markets
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing w999 staff or other players through any communication channel

w999 uses automated monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, we may freeze account access pending investigation. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct forfeit all funds held in the account at the time of detection.

Participation in the w999 VIP Club is automatic for all registered players from Bronze tier onwards. VIP tier status is calculated based on verified wagering activity during each calendar month and is reviewed at the start of the following month. The following specific terms apply to VIP Club membership:

• Tier Calculation: VIP tiers are based on total real-money wagering in the previous calendar month. Bonus wagering does not count towards tier thresholds.
• Weekly Cashback: Cashback is calculated on net losses from Monday to Sunday and credited the following Monday. Cashback is applied only when a player has a net loss for the period.
• Tier Maintenance: If your wagering in a given month falls below your current tier threshold, your tier will be adjusted downward at the start of the following month.

• Use w999 branding, logos, or trade names in any context outside the platform
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any w999 software

Any unauthorised use of w999's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w999's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your w999 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

w999 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or system outages outside our reasonable control
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind
• Loss of data or account information resulting from events outside w999's reasonable control
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Any losses arising from your breach of these Terms

Nothing in these Terms limits w999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

w999 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice to registered players through the platform, by email, or through account notifications.

Your continued use of the w999 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
